Communities Read Together The Communities Read Together Program partners businesses with child care centers to promote early literacy. Volunteer readers spend an hour each week at a designated child care center and conduct a “story time” with the children. Lunch & Learn By participating in Success By 6 Norman’s Lunch & Learn program, businesses support their parent employees as they work to achieve a successful balance between family and career by hosting regular 30-minute parenting “seminars” during designated lunch breaks. Child Watch Tours The Child Watch Tour brings business leaders and elected officials together to learn about the impact of the early childhood experience on children, families, the community and its economic future.
